Can the core group let us know what are they targeting right now? Are they targeting CIR next month? The lack of direction will really lead to less contribution. Without that,I will have a hard time convincing other friends about IV.
Have the core members given up and decreased their activity?
Core group is working hard and is commited despite lack of full support and nagative comments they get on this site or other sites. Work will go on no matter what.

We both spoke for one hour and I gave update to that member because I felt that I should value a commited member who is willing to make an effort and will be willing to do the work even if it means doing it alone without help from fellow members. We request members to help themselves by helping us and we can all togeher achieve our aims.

hi everyone
I m an MBA(major:general mba)student in a university in texas. I have an bachelors of engineeing (electrical & electronics)from india. I have found an desi employer who is ready to train me in SAP (FICO)functional and than place me on projects to diffeent companies. Since i m graduating in august 2008 ,At first i have to work for him on OPT and than in apil 2009 my employer will sponcer my h1 visa.
Now my question is....
1) can i work in SAP FICO functional , when i m on my opt?(opt means i have to work in a job directly related to my major field of study and i guess SAP is not related to my field major field of study)
2)will i have problems getting a h1b visa? (since General MBA and SAP are completely different fields )
Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated.

I have a valid H4 after receving the EAD now getting paid on 1099 (on an off), I am planning to visit India this year. My question is!
Can I come back on H4 (I have a valid stamp) or do I have to use my AP since I am using my EAD privileges for getting paid?
Will they know at the Point of Entry that I am using my EAD?

In september my dates became current and my GC and my spouse GC has been approved . However my lawyer recieved interview notices for me and my wife. What should be the next step. Ignore the notices as we recieved the Green card or do we need to attend the interview.

Hmmm... your attorney needs to spell out exactly what the risk is.
Cross chargeability is a perfectly legal thing to do while applying for your green card. So as long as you have your papers in order, not sure what the problem is.
Ask him for details and maybe you should get a consult with another good attorney who's getting paid by you (not your employer) to make sure you aren't getting ripped off.

I looked at the list of civil surgeons that approved by USCIS. I called some of them and everyone told me differently in pricing. The basic I693 test would cost around $$220, and if i need vaccines, It would be an addition cost. Like some said the MMR vaccine would cost $120, the other said $50
Lot of them said the cost for chicken pox vaccins is around $120 ( I dont have insurance). My parent is not really sure if I ever have chicken pox or not so incase I need one, DO you know where to get those shots cheaper? Thank you for your time!

My employer will be filing for my greencard (labour certification) within the next 2-3 months. I have a valid H1 B visa expiring next year. I was wondering if it is legal to travel outside the country at this stage ?

I had my last name misspelled and middle name missing on my filed perm labor application and it was filed on 12/12/2007. It was selected for audit in Feb 2008 and have not received any update until now. Can this error in my name be corrected on my application. Please advice.

Please remember here that earlier employer could use ur I140 for other employees but that rule was also changed in 2008. I140 once approved, you keep I140.
Revoking I140 is not good for employee as it is his application to USCIS in this process and will put him in problem for other employees sponsorship.
Chances are remote.

My husband is having L1A visa through company X.
Howmany days/moths/years will it take for us to get GREENCARD if we apply in MAY2008.
I understood no LC is required for L1A visa holders Greencard processing.
